If i have 6 days left for a 1 gb rollover and i gift it to a friend does he get a full 30 days of data or data until his next billing cycle?

What's the current status on delivery time? I know a few weeks back it took some users weeks to receive it. If I order 1 today is it the usual 2 days delay?
